Registration - Fees
- all participants must register on-line before 24th March 2026, 10:00 AM in order to be paired in the first round,
- the EGD-rating on 24th March 2026 at 10:00 AM will be used to define top groups and for pairing purposes,
- all registered participants must “check-in” with a document confirming citizenship of a EGF-member country and the date of birth before 25th March 2026, 09:00 AM.
There are multi-lingual registration forms for each age group (U12, U16 and U20) and an additional form for “adults” (parents, coaches, team leaders). Please, check the age group according to the birthday – it is not like “I am not yet 16”!
Registration forms:
- Register “u12”, if born on Jan 1, 2014 or later,
- Register “u16”, if born on Jan 1, 2010 or later,
- Register “u20”, if born on Jan 1, 2006 or later,
- Register “adult”, if not playing.
Preliminary Starting Lists
After the registration, an e-mail will be automatically sent to the address given in the form with the link where you can add or change any of optional data in the future. Please do not press the button “Cancel”, unless your really want to cancel your registration. There is no need to update your rating: the preliminary starting lists with actual EGD-rating will be regularly updated.
Participation fees:
- Early Birds participation fee: 30 EUR (if paid by 31/01/2026)
- Normal participation fee: 40 EUR (if paid by 28/02/2026)
- Sleeping Bears participation fee: 50 EUR (if paid after 01/03/2026)
